# PR_INSERT_LINK

Inserts an element at the head of the list.

### Parameters

`elemp`

: A pointer to the element to be inserted.

`listp`

: A pointer to the list.

## Description

PR_INSERT_LINK inserts the specified element at the head of the
specified list.
